Despite an ongoing crisis in the aviation industry, Boeing projects that by 2044, global demand for aviation workers will add 2.37 million new jobs. This massive hiring spree includes about 660,000 pilots, 710,000 technicians, and one million cabin crew members worldwide. At the same time, the aviation services sector is set to add more than $195 billion in projected revenue.
