To reinforce its image as one of the most advanced economies, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) will establish a $200 million fund to support aviation companies and other stakeholders in implementing AI and automation in the industry. The Authority projects that up to 30% of the jobs in the aviation industry could be redesigned over the next five years, thanks to technological advancements.
